Even though they were not the lowest bid, they did quality work in the past and I felt if there were problems, they would fix the issues...and they did. Any concerns I had, any texts or emails I sent were addressed immediately. I felt I got personal attention from everyone I spoke with. Issues with the permit arose after the fact. The problems were handled with honesty and professionalism. I never felt I was getting the run-around. Gustafson did a quality job on my roof and the extension! I'm glad I went with them!

The permits are clearly displayed in a weatherproof container. The job was done right once. I was very satisfied.
