In 1948, the remarkable journey began with the vision of Tom and Carol Gustafson, who founded Gustafson Painting. This decision would ultimately lay the foundation for the Gustafson brand name for the next 75+ years to come. Nestled in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale, their enterprise quickly earned a sterling reputation for excellence in both residential and commercial painting. As they served the ever-evolving communities of Broward County with unwavering dedication, they forged a legacy that continues to shine brilliantly

In 1974, a new era dawned as Tom’s son, Mike, joined the family business. His arrival marked the introduction of the Roofing division as well as an expansion of their services to encompass Dade and Palm Beach Counties. Gustafson Roofing soared to new heights of success, solidifying its status as an integral part of the Gustafson brand. With nearly five decades of experience leading the company, Mike’s vision and leadership qualities have had an impact on the company that will last for decades to come.
