It was still holding up but I didn't want to press my luck. Even though they were not the lowest bid, they did quality work in the past and I felt if there were problems, they would fix the issues...and they did. Any concerns I had, any texts or emails I sent were addressed immediately. I felt I got personal attention from everyone I spoke with. Issues with the permit arose after the fact. The problems were handled with honesty and professionalism. I never felt I was getting the run-around. Gustafson did a quality job on my roof and the extension! I'm glad I went with them!

Had my roof re-done last Oct. 2021 with Gustafson at the hight of the pandemic. Material was scares and if available very expensive.The cost was competitive but the best part... read more was the attention to details on the project mgr side. They have a desire to leave each customer happy since the recognize that the roof is an expensive investment. Don't hesitate to give them an opportunity to meet those needs.The materials that they use are top of the line, and if you want something different they will.accomadate.
