The workers were always on time, the work was done with complete professionalism and perfection, and the office staff kept us in the loop every step of the way. We did have a small hiccup after the roof tile was laid down, but Gustafson was right their resolving the problem. After the roof was "waterproofed", We had Gustafson Industries paint the exterior , and that staff was also nice, thorough, and amazing to work with. Once the project started, the staff at their office (Aaron, Frank, Matt, and others) managed and performed the work in a very professional and responsive way…. The crews sent in the various stages of the work were very thorough and did their work very efficiently, and cleaned up every day. They put a good focus on the clean-up and were well supervised. It was the same for the demolition and installation crews. John, their Foreman of the demolition crew was on top of all aspects of the work, review of it, and management of the crew. Their Field Manager Andrew is top notch, very responsive, and professional! We cannot say enough on how good the Gustafson team conducted our roof project.
